Our escape rooms are designed to be challenging but also fun, searching for clues, solving puzzles. We want everyone playing to have a great and memorable experience.
Our Escape Rooms are perfect for team building and having fun with friends, family and work colleagues. You need to work as a team of 2-8 people to find clues, solve puzzles and plot your escape.

We recommend teams of 2 – 8 players per room
All games are private. You only play with people you choose to play with.
To ensure a great experience, please arrive 15 minutes before your booking.
MalMic Escape provides live experiences with fixed start times, we cannot allow delays which are longer than 10 minutes after the time stated on your booking confirmation. If you are running late, please get in touch using the details in our contact us section and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Our Cancellation & Rescheduling policy can be found in our Terms & Conditions. MalMic Escape at our own discretion at times, we can make an exception to our no cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule/cancel a booking please get in touch with our team as soon as possible using the contact details from the Contact us section.
In the event that team members drop out we do not refund, due to the nature of our business being that of live experiences. Where possible we will do our best to help you reschedule if this affects the rest of the group to attend.
No, the door will not be locked behind you. A player may exit the room at any time and must inform the game master. Keep in mind, once a player exits the room, they will not be allowed to re-enter.
All children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
